Dedeman Erbil Hotel City Center

The room I stayed in is amazing. I love the view at night, but what's even better is how great the staff is from every aspect. Room service, housekeeping, laundry, security, and concierge. I wouldn't change a thing! They took great care of me.

There was not one thing I don't like. If you're coming here, this place is perfect. I'll be back.

The staff are very polite and helpful, it is very quiet place.

Some items in the breakfast menu weren't good, some were under cooked.

Nice staff clean hotel delcious food

Location good and breakfast good

Car parking and air conditioner not under our control

The window was broken which let the wind in so the room was very cold and we called the staff they didn’t come to fix the problem , the overall facilities in the room was old and didn’t go with the price which was expensive

Good for money value Great breakfast Nice location

5 star hotel with no valet Bathroom and decoration needs updateOld tv And nothing in the fridge but water

Breakfast was great. a lot of variety

the gym was not easily accessible. i had to find someone to open it for me.

I had an amazing stay at Dedeman Hotel, but what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of Mr. Javed at the reception. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel truly welcomed. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his warm attitude left a lasting impression. Thank you, Mr. Javed, for making my stay so special!

Modern international hotel on the 60 street. About 10min drive to the citadel and 20min to the airport. I had a great view on the city from my room on the 9th floor. Staff very open and friendly. And I think a real highlight is the breakfast - between local and internation food you will enjoy.

Taxi from airport to the hotel from my point of view far too expensive. They charge 30USD.

good staf, clean rooms ,good service especially reception staf mrs, tiva &hana

Breakfast was amazing, staff very helpful and smiling and kind. I felt very safe and calm and happy during my stay.

Exceptional !! The staff was amazing , the breakfast was very versatile and fresh , rooms were clean and specious .The conventional center is one of the best in Erbil , truly proud to see such a level of hospitality in Kurdistan .

It was really clean, big room and the reception guy was super friendly.

The hotel's amenities are good, the rooms are spacious, and the staff were nice.

The bathtub's jetstream was dirty and flooded the water with junk everytime it was turned on.The shower sprayed water everywhere and not just in the right direction. The room, especially the bathroom, was quite dusty. The floor was miscolored from seemingly not being cleaned in too long.Overall, this gave the impression that the room was not used in a long time and generally not prepared whatsoever. Very disappointing especially for the price, will not be coming back.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. The breakfast was very varied and had a huge selection.

No park for cars

I stayed in Dedeman Erbil many times before , very convenient location, clean , and helpful staff . The gym and indoor poor are perfect.

I booked room for a new married couples in our family. Hotel support appreciated. Mr. Javid in reception was very supportive.Room space very good, clean and comfortable.

Nothing to say.

Very good location, super clean hotel, amazing and helpful staff best hotel in Erbil. Very highly recommended to families and everyone.100/100

The staff are wonderful, without exception. They’re friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. I wish I had noted names of reception and restaurant staff, as they each went out of their way to offer an exceptional service.

The staff. So kind and the room was incredibly comfortable and clean!

Nothing! I loved it!
